As we enter the colder months, we want to inform you about potential challenges when shipping candles during this time. Candles are sensitive to extreme temperature changes and prolonged exposure to extremely freezing temperatures can cause them to lose their shape or damage the glass container.

To ensure that your candle(s) arrive in the best condition possible, we take extra precautions when packaging and shipping inclement weather. However, we recommend that you consider the current weather conditions in your area when placing an order.

Please be aware that while we do our best to protect your candles during transit, we cannot guarantee their condition upon arrival if exposed to below temperatures for an extended period. 

Also, please note that there may be shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances - please forgive any delays and to order prior to Dec 16th if you’d like the candles to arrive prior to Dec 24th.
